All of our bouquets are carefully wrapped and will be delivered including any extra gifts with your message printed on a beautiful message card. All flowers are sent with sufficient water to ensure they reach you in tip top condition. As a responsible company Order Flowers strive to ensure any packaging is environmentally friendly and easily recycled.
If ordering for same day delivery our local florists will hand wrap your bouquet and deliver by hand to the recipient. We'll try and deliver as soon as we can once we've received your order and guarantee before 6PM.
Can I add a personal message?
Of course, you can include any message you like, up to 255 characters, you can also send discreetly by not including your name if required. All messages are printed on a quality stylish card.
Does my bouquet include a vase?
Generally the price shown for our bouquets doesn't include a vase, its really easy to add a vase with a link provided on each product page. If you've placed an order already and wish to add a vase, email us at email@example.com and our customer service team will be able to help.

What time will you deliver?
Your gift will be delivered between 8am and 6pm on the date you requested. For all orders (excluding where you have ordered for same day delivery) we'll email you between 8am and 9am on your delivery day to provide you with a tracking link.
Can I send flowers to businesses, schools, universities or hospitals?
Yes, Order Flowers have handled thousands of these orders, please be advised that often we'll only be able to deliver as far as the reception, however we will request a signature and forward you the details so you can inform your recipient if required. This signature will be classed as proof of delivery.
As well as providing the company name during checkout, please also consider upgrading to the guaranteed before 1pm as there is a slight chance our standard delivery may occur after 1pm (8am-6pm service)
Universities are often busy and chaotic places, Please provide the University name, their department and full address..
•Not all hospitals accept flowers (we don't understand why either!) so please check before ordering, if the flowers are refused we will not refund.
• Remember to include the name of the patient along with the ward name or number.
• We recommend using our same day delivery service for delivery to hospitals (regardless of if the delivery is for a future date) as our local florists will often have a warm relationship with the hospital.
• Most orders will be delivered and signed for by Hospital reception the signature of this person receiving your gift on the recipients behalf will be classed as proof of delivery.
Can I send flowers to PO Box or BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately neither of these types of addresses accept flower deliveries.
Has my gift been delivered?
We will always email you to let you know when delivery has happened. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe we've confirmed your delivery in error.
Can I change my order?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and and any changes or amendments. We generally require 48 hours notice to be able to make any changes to your order, we will let you know by email as soon as we can as to whether we've been able to help.
