Delivery Information

You can send flowers for delivery throughout the UK for delivery today or for any future date excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays. The only exception to this is if Mother’s Day or Valentines Day falls on a Sunday where we will deliver on that date. All orders are sent using our premium service which provides full tracking and a fantastic 1 hour delivery window, so no more waiting in all day for the recipient and you’ll know exactly when your gift has arrived! We offer 2 options, Guaranteed 8am to 6pm where we will deliver between those hours and let you know what time we’ll deliver or alternatively Guaranteed before 1pm where we’ll deliver before 1pm and again let you know when your gift will arrive for example “will be delivered between 10.22 & 11.22am”. We use over 1,800 local florists throughout the UK to make deliveries along with DPD & HDN for some gifts.
How is my gift packaged?

All of our bouquets are carefully wrapped and will be delivered including any extra gifts with your message printed on a beautiful message card. All flowers are sent with sufficient water to ensure they reach you in tip top condition.

If ordering for same day delivery our local florists will hand wrap your bouquet and deliver by hand to the recipient. We’ll try and deliver as soon as we can once we’ve received your order and guarantee before 6pm.
